This insight led to the creation of The Practice Framework, a simple yet transformative approach that complements intuition with structured support. It includes three key pillars:
💗 Create Space: It all starts with grounding your energy and connecting to your heart, preparing you to receive the insights and wisdom from your Masters, Teachers, and Loved Ones.
🌊 Trust: This step deepens your trust in the intuitive guidance you receive, affirming you have all the answers you need within you.
🌀 Receive: Finally, it’s about openly receiving and integrating the knowledge that emerges, actively being in relationship with your Akashic Records.
The Journey to The Practice Framework
During a walk, one of my favorite ways to open my Akashic Records, I explored the question — What framework would best support my highest vision for teaching the Records?
I left a long voicenote for Emily, sharing a flood of insights. Just as I was about to close the Records, a clear and simple image came through — a triangle with the words Create Space, Trust, Receive. It felt almost too straightforward, yet there was a profound elegance to its simplicity.
"That's it!" Emily exclaimed upon hearing my message. And in that moment, I knew she was right. This wasn't just a framework, it was the essence of all my teachings, the embodiment of my unique approach to teaching the Records — balancing structured guidance with intuitive flow.
