The Akashic Records are a supportive tool for intense times in your life, especially transitions. In this post, you’ll learn how to phrase questions in the Akashic Records in a grounded way for different transitions you may face.

When you’re moving through major transitions in your life — whether personal or professional — the energy around these moments can feel really intense. You may feel lost, directionless, or anxious. First, I want you to know that all of these emotions are a natural part of life’s shifts. They are part of your process, so let yourself feel them fully.

You can support and nurture yourself through these intense transitions with the Akashic Records. The Records often affirm your intuition about a situation and will help guide you on your aligned path.

During these times of heightened energy, it’s tempting to want immediate answers. You may be asking yourself, “When will this be over? When will I finally get the thing I’ve been seeking?”

My intention with this post is to help you ground down and find the most clear, aligned questions to ask the Akashic Records. There are no “wrong” or “silly” questions in the Akashic Records — if you’re feeling called to a question, trust it and ask.

There are ways to phrase questions that are more grounded and supportive. The most important thing is to be specific with your questions. You can start more broadly and then narrow down into detailed questions.

I encourage you to avoid “When” or “Should” questions, and instead ask “What,” “Why,” or “How.” This will allow you to receive clearer messages.

As you ask your questions, I often find that there is more information underneath the initial answer that wants to be shared. Continue asking “What,” “Why,” or “How” questions until you feel complete around your initial question.

For example, if something feels unclear, you can ask, “Why are you showing me this?” or “What does this mean?” If more questions are coming up for you as you receive information, trust that instinct. In times of intense transitions, it’s more important than ever to trust the flow of the Records.

In this post, you will learn:

  • How the Akashic Records can support you through transitions

  • Why phrasing questions in the Akashic Records is important

  • How to phrase questions about your Soul’s purposes

  • How to phrase questions about relationship shifts

  • How to phrase questions about starting a business or changing careers

  • How to phrase questions about calling in abundance

  • How to phrase questions about starting a healing journey

How To Phrase Questions In The Akashic Records For Transitions

The transition: You’re feeling lost and searching for your Soul’s purpose

Instead of asking: When will I find my purpose? Why haven’t I found my purpose?

Try these more supportive questions:

  • What is my Soul’s purpose?

  • How can I align with my Soul’s purpose?

  • What are my unique talents, gifts, and abilities?

  • What do I need to release that is keeping me out of alignment with my path?

  • What actions can I take to feel excited about my path and purpose?

  • What holds me back from achieving my dreams?

The transition: You’re going through a breakup, divorce, or looking to call in a partner

Instead of asking: Should I get a divorce or end this relationship? When will I get over this breakup? When will I meet a partner?

Try these more supportive questions:

  • What do I need to know about my relationship with [insert name]?

  • How can I improve my relationship with [insert name]?

  • How do I release my relationship with [insert name]?

  • What was this relationship meant to teach me?

  • How can I support myself in healing from this relationship?

  • How can I co-create a relationship with the Divine?

  • What do I need to release to find my Divine partnership?

  • What qualities are most important for me to look for in a partner?

The transition: You’re launching a business or shifting careers

Instead of asking: Should I start my own business? Will my business be successful? Should I leave my job? When will I find the perfect job?

Try these more supportive questions:

  • How can I co-create a business/career with the Divine?

  • How can I align my business/career with my Soul’s purpose?

  • What is the mission of my business?

  • What sort of support do I need for my business to thrive?

  • What do I need to release to feel more in alignment with my work?

  • What is the best next step I can take for my business/career?

The transition: You’re looking to shift your relationship with money and call in abundance

Instead of asking: I’m sick of not making money; when will it happen for me? Why have I not made the money I want yet?

Try these more supportive questions:

  • How can I co-create abundance with the Divine?

  • What does abundance mean to me?

  • How can I expand my ability to call in financial abundance?

  • What limiting beliefs am I still holding onto about money?

  • How can I release these beliefs?

  • What is blocking me from financial abundance that I’m not aware of?

  • How can I release these blocks?

The transition: You’re beginning a healing journey or moving through an intense time of healing

Instead of asking: When will I feel healed? Should I try this type of healing?

Try these more supportive questions:

  • How can I nurture myself on my healing journey?

  • How can I support deeper healing?

  • What environment is most supportive for my healing?

  • What practices and modalities are most supportive for my healing?

  • What’s blocking me from being able to heal?

  • How can I cultivate more happiness in my life?

Conclusion

In times of intense transitions, it’s important to ground down and ask the Records specific “What,” “Why,” and “How” questions. When approached this way, the Records can help you navigate the transition to feel more clear and confident in your path.
